1. Service Description

AI Sticker Maker provides a unique platform where users can generate stickers using text prompts. Optionally, a negative prompt feature allows users to specify elements they wish to avoid in their stickers. The Service generates dual images for one sticker, offering versions with and without a background. All stickers are upscaled by default to ensure high quality.

2. Content Ownership

All stickers generated by users through our Service are owned by the users. AI Sticker Maker claims no ownership rights over the stickers created by you.

3. Usage Rights

Free Plan: Stickers created using our Free Plan are for personal use only. Selling or commercial distribution of these stickers is prohibited. Piad Plans: Users subscribed to our Paid Plans have the right to sell or commercially distribute stickers created using the Service.

We encourage our users to be mindful of copyright and intellectual property rights when creating and distributing stickers.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users of AI Sticker Maker are prohibited from creating or distributing stickers that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to terminate access to our Service for users who engage in prohibited conduct.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

AI Sticker Maker provides its service on an as is and as available basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall AI Sticker Maker, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

6. Termination of Service

AI Sticker Maker reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you in these Terms will cease immediately, and you must cease all use of the Service. User-generated content may be deleted or retained at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
